Job Description
We are seeking seasonal workers and ride operators to join our summer traveling carnival and party rental team. This is a dynamic job where no two days are the same. The position includes paid travel, hotel accommodations when working out of town, and per diem food reimbursement while traveling. The work is physically active and takes place outdoors about 90% of the time. We emphasize teamwork to ensure everyone lifts and works safely. Team members will use equipment such as sledgehammers, jackhammers, pallet jacks, forklifts, manual and motorized dollies, and other specialized tools. Training will be provided for all equipment and tasks. We are fully safety certified and pride ourselves on providing fun, family-friendly entertainment while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Overtime is often available and sometimes required, especially on travel days. Additional weekday hours may be available through our tent and event rental services for those looking for more work. A full tour schedule with fair dates is available. Feel free to text or email us and we will gladly answer any questions.
Most fairs operate from noon to 8 PM for 2–5 days, with setup, teardown, and travel typically occurring the day before and after each event.
We also offer in-town work opportunities during weeks when travel is not preferred. Throughout the summer we host inflatable rentals, foam parties, and other events.
We are proud to be a neurodivergent-friendly workplace and believe work should be enjoyable. After all, what’s the point of working at a carnival if you can’t have fun?
