Delivery Area

We are based in Billings, MT but serve the entire region. Jobs outside the city of Billings will be charge a mileage fee of $8 per one-way mile. This price accounts for the multiple trips needed to set up and tear down equipment and the drive time for our crews.

All items except Tables and Chairs have setup and tear down included in the pricing.

Attendants

Attendants on inflatables are not provided unless booked in advance. Adult supervision is required on all inflatables at all times. Ride operators are provided as specified in the item description only.

Our company adheres to the SIOTO – Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization training guidelines on safety and all employees are trained to AISOC standards.

Water

Water is not provided for any equipment. Hoses are available on request. Dunk tanks can take anywhere from 15 – 75 minutes to fill depending on water pressure available.

Surface Fees

Setups performed outdoors on grass with stakes do not require an additional charge. Indoor setups will add $5 per anchor point (from 4 to 18 points depending on the inflatable). Outdoor Inflatables without stakes will add $20 per anchor point. Outdoor Tents without stakes will add $30 per anchor point (these require large concrete blocks to secure without staking)

Customer Pickup

Customer pickup is only allowed on select items. Inflatables, Attractions, and Tents are not available for customer pickup. Tables, Chairs, Concessions, Equipment, and certain carnival games are available for customer pickup. We do have a Dunk Tank and a Hi Striker with a hitch adapter specifically for customer pickup. Customer Pickup includes a 15% discount on all items that qualify for customer pickup with the exception of Custom Linen Rentals.

Weather Policy

You will be contacted before delivery if weather is borderline or too severe.
You will be given the option to reschedule or alter your reservation, and if the weather is borderline (light rain, moderate winds) you will have the option to keep your reservation.
If you elect to reschedule your deposit and other payments will transfer to the new date.
If you elect to keep your reservation no refunds will be available.

If it gets too windy please power down the Watchdog Siren and the Blower Motor to deflate the inflatable. Leave it staked down and in position. When winds die down you can power up the Blower Motor and Watchdog Siren (Power up the Watchdog Siren after the inflatable is fully inflated)

If it starts to rain but is not windy during your event leave the blower on and the inflatable up.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of the entire order must be done 7 days prior to the event date and deposit will not be refunded. Cancellation within 7 days of scheduled delivery or pick up will result in 50% of current invoice charged as a cancelation fee. Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled delivery or pick up will result in 100% of current invoice charged. (Rescheduling due to weather is not considered part of the cancellation policy)

Deposit

A 20% deposit with a credit card on file and signed contract are required to confirm your booking. Bookings without deposit and contract will be considered cancelled 7 days before the event date.

Damage Waiver

If you add on our Optional Accidental Damage Waiver at the cost of 10% of your rentals, then to the extent set forth below, Montana Premiere Entertainment agrees to waive certain claims against you arising from physical damage to any Rented Item(s) when covered by Damage Waiver (hereinafter, “Covered Item(s)”), subject to the remaining terms hereof. You will otherwise remain liable for 100% of all loss, theft, damage to or destruction of the Rented Item(s). This Damage Waiver is a partial waiver of our claims for damage to or destruction of only Covered Item(s). IT IS NOT INSURANCE, NOR IS IT A WARRANTY. Exceptions and Exclusions: The foregoing notwithstanding, the following are NOT COVERED under the Damage Waiver, and you, the “Customer” or “Lessee,” will remain 100% liable for:
(a) Loss of or damage to Covered Item(s) due to intentional abuse, improper use, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or neglect;
(b) Loss of or damage to Covered Item(s) due to violation (by you, your agents, guests, animals, employees, or contractors) of the terms of your Rental Contract, any applicable laws, rules, regulations, policy(ies) of insurance, and/or any instructions and/or warnings provided by Montana Premiere Entertainment or posted, whether on equipment or signage.
(c) Loss of or damage to any Covered Item due to exceeding the rated capacity of such Rented Item;
(d) Any failure to return Covered Item(s) to Montana Premiere Entertainment (including without limitation, loss, theft or disappearance);
(e) Loss of or damage to any Covered Item due to failure to secure and/or protect it (e.g., by leaving it in an unprotected area, leaving it outside in severe weather, unlocked, etc.); (f) All damage to electrical equipment;
(g) Loss of or damage to any Covered Item resulting from its exposure to hazardous, explosive, combustible, radioactive, toxic, corrosive, noxious or otherwise hazardous conditions, materials or substances.
(h) The use of any “Silly String” or similar product and all damage resulting are not covered under this damage waiver.
